1. Where
do you have expertise?
We have an in-depth knowledge of the B2B market, especially
the architectural, construction and landscaping sectors
but have found that our knowledge can be applied beyond
these areas to consumer and service markets such as
a toy brochure for Best Years and Medical books brochure
for Reed Elsevier. The Literature Live service works well
for brochures, magazines, directories, catalogues and
technical literature such as manuals. You can distribute
for free or charge for each computer that accesses each
edition.

2.
How does it differ from print?
Interactive contents pages, searches, sticky notes,
bookmarks and web links are just a few differences between
Digital Brochure and print literature. The best way
to see these is to view them for
yourself with a free demo.

3.
Will it work for all types of printed materials?
Brochures, catalogues, leaflets, product cards and manuals
are all perfect for the format as well as anything that
can be saved as either a PDF or Quark file. If you do
not have a brochure already we can reproduce one or
create a new one perfect for the format, and if later
required CD distribution or professional printing.

4.
Do you set limits on audio/ video file size?
There are some restrictions although we can always look
in to ways to reduce the size or replicate movies and
audio in the best possible format. Generally it depends
on the effect each file has on the loading of the brochure.

5.
Can I make changes to my brochure at a later time?
If we have created the brochure then we can change any
of the text, contents, images and page order of the
brochure at a pre agreed rate. Should you provide the
PDF's to us we can also make changes if you supply us
with a new PDF containing the brochure changes, or single
page changes.

6.
What do you need to create a brochure?
Where possible we use PDF's with embedded fonts and
pictures at 300dpi with no bleed. We can also work from
Quark files. If creating a brochure from scratch we
prefer images in CMYK, 300dpi but we can work from lower
resolution images if there are no alternatives.

7.
Can we send people to other websites/ resources?
Within our brochures we can send the reader to other
pages, websites and email addresses. If it starts in
www. or has an @ then we can sort it.

8.
What technology is required to view a Digital Brochure?
For the vast majority no extra software will be required
other than a web browser. Users with older machines
may lack software called 'Macromedia Flash' which is
a core component and if this is the case they will be
offered the chance to install it before they view the
brochure.
